Nuclear is a propulsion and power problem, not a slogan

Chemical rockets are superb at leaving a well. They are poor at living far from resupply. Nuclear thermal and nuclear electric systems exist because delta-v and continuous power are the same scarcity wearing two names.
The useful distinction is job, not brand. Heat for a lander or a depot is not the same product as a multi-megawatt electric stage. Both need a fuel form that can be qualified, a heat path that closes, and a safety case that survives launch.
Space Atomics treats the core, the converter, and the spacecraft interface as one system. A reactor that cannot fly, reject heat, or be operated on delay is a laboratory result.
